What to Expect at the Meet & Greet
Before your first booking, we’ll schedule a free meet & greet at your home. This quick visit (about 20–30 minutes) helps us get to know you and your pets, and ensures everyone feels comfortable.

Pet Introductions: Time for your pets to meet us in a calm, familiar environment.
Routine Review: Feeding, walking, medications, and any special instructions.
Home Access: Collect keys, garage codes, or entry details.
Questions & Preferences: We’ll answer your questions and learn about your pet’s personality and quirks.
Peace of Mind: We’ll explain how updates work (photos, texts, notes) so you know exactly what to expect while you’re away.
By the end of the meet & greet, you’ll feel confident — and your pets will know a new friend is there to care for them.
